Ever wonder what a silver lining sounds like? Join me and a very special guest on May 26th and experience it for yourself. Joining me on stage is my true musical silver lining of the pandemic. Meet Todd Lawrence. I met Todd initially through a virtual open mic, the safest way for us to gather during a crazy time. After hearing a few of his songs, I knew I had to reach out to him and collaborate. We’ve since written a handful of song gems together and I’m ecstatic he’s heading to Seattle to play live!
Since getting to know Todd, (AKA: Milo Binder), I’ve discovered he is no stranger to music. Todd’s songwriting is as clear and straight-forward as they come. His ability to tell a story impactfully with a point is remarkable. And his voice is sweet, smooth and most satisfying.
Todd has shared the stage with the likes of Michelle Shocked, The Cowboy Junkies, Indigo Girls, 10,000 Maniacs, Donovan, Shawn Colvin, Beck, Soundgarden, Sarah Mclachlan, Victoria Williams, Lucinda Williams, John Gorka, Cracker, and Vic Chesnutt just to name a few. So when I say come hear Todd sing, now you understand! The best part of it all, is that he is my friend; a remarkably kind, humble (and funny) person who helps me write some good songs. A two’fer celebration of music at a time we all need it. Let's show Todd some warm Seattle love on May 26th at my personal favorite coffee house in the city!
